The service
Review My Ecom provides automated ecommerce audit workspaces with prioritized findings, evidence, and suggested fixes. The audit is a diagnostic tool, not a guarantee of revenue or conversion-rate improvement.
Your responsibilities
You must submit a store URL that you own, operate, or are authorized to review. Do not submit private, illegal, or unauthorized targets. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement any recommendation.
Payments and refunds
Paid audits are processed through Stripe. If you are not happy with your audit for any reason, email daniel@reviewmyecom.com within 7 days of purchase from the checkout email address and include your store URL. We will refund the audit purchase price.
Availability
Some stores block automated browsers, have unreachable pages, or prevent checkout/cart inspection. When that happens, the audit may include cannot-verify findings or fail before a workspace is ready. Contact support if a paid audit cannot be completed.
Share links
Workspace owners may create share links. Anyone with a valid share link can view that audit workspace until the owner revokes or rotates the link.
Limits of liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the audit that caused the claim.
