What we collect
We collect the store URL you submit, your name, email address, optional phone number, checkout metadata, audit results, screenshots and evidence generated during the audit, workspace activity such as marked fixed findings, and support messages you send us.
How we use it
We use this information to create and deliver audits, process payments, send secure workspace links, provide support, improve audit quality, prevent abuse, and understand which marketing channels are working.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. We store checkout status, Stripe session identifiers, amount, currency, email, and store URL so we can create the audit and support refund requests.
Analytics and advertising
The site currently uses Google Analytics, Reddit Pixel and Conversions API, and PostHog. These tools may receive identifiers such as device and browser data, IP address, page views, campaign data, click IDs, and hashed email for conversion matching when you submit a lead or checkout event.
Audit artifacts
Audit screenshots, DOM evidence, and trace artifacts may be stored in private infrastructure with short-lived signed URLs. These artifacts are used to show evidence in your workspace and debug audit quality.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data with service providers needed to run the product, including Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Google Cloud, analytics providers, and audit infrastructure.
Your choices
Email daniel@reviewmyecom.com to request access, correction, deletion, or help with a workspace. We may need to retain limited billing and abuse-prevention records.
